2. Service Usage

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and address details
• Ensure garments handed over are correctly listed
• Pay applicable service fees
• Check garment condition during pickup & delivery

3. Order Processing

We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning services. Processing time may vary depending on fabric type and treatment required.

4. Damage & Loss Policy

While we take utmost care with every garment, Door2Dry is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or weak fabric
• Color fading caused by fabric quality
• Items left in pockets
• Natural wear and tear

In rare cases of proven damage, compensation is limited to **10x the cleaning cost**.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your order before pickup without penalty. Once the garment is processed, cancellation is not allowed.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service by:

• Providing false information
• Delaying pickups or deliveries intentionally
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions

7. Limitation of Liability

Door2Dry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.

8. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
